Disney just released a new app called Disney Plus, it was released November 12, 2019 in the US, Canada, and The Netherlands. Disney is a very successful company and many people love their shows or movies and so an app was made to see your favorite Disney shows or others that Disney owns like Marvel, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and some National Geographic. You can watch Disney Plus in Apple, Google, Microsoft, Sony / Sony Interactive Entertainment, Roku, Amazon ,Samsung, and LG TV. When the app launched in its first day it reached more than 10 million people who signed up ,many thought they were going to reach that many in a year at least, they beat HBO which they took nearly three years to reach half of that number. Disney Plus is giving competition to other streaming apps like Netflix, it already has Hulu and ESPN for a bundle for 12.99$ a month which is pretty cheap because just for Netflix it cost 8$ for a month and premium access is 15.99$ but so far Netflix is still superior since it has been here for a long time. Disney says that the estimated number on what they will reach in one year or earlier in subscriptions could be 50 million-60 million people because of the bundle that has Hulu and ESPN which attracts a lot of people to buy. Disney plus is an app that lots of people can enjoy because you can see your favorite and old shows that you might have seen as a kid or enjoy now.
