New Season of The Walking Dead

Season ten of The Walking Dead premiered on Oct. 6 at 9 P.M. on AMC. Previously on season nine the survivors faced a new enemy one who hides in the herds. After Rick and Maggie leaving the rest of the survivors face this threat alone. Each of the settlements struggle to keep it together the Kingdom and the sanctuary falling as alpha comes on to the show leaving everyone watching out to see if the walkers are normal or people wearing their skins. To punish the group Alpha kills ten of the group’s people as well as four beloved characters and puts their heads on pikes. To show the borders to Alphas land.
The premiere episode confused many fans as the episode started off in space. Then jumped to the group training in case the whispers come back. After they train the children are playing and find a whisperer mask in the sand which sets the groups on alert and they send out people to look for any signs of Alpha coming back.
The group returns finding walker skin in the woods. Then the group sees a ball of fire shoot through the sky and finds out that it is actually a satellite from space that fell.
Later on in the day they realize that the satellite started a fire in alphas territory and the group must cross the line to stop the fire. As they are working to put the fire out the group has to fight of walkers who are drawn to the noise as well as smoke inhalation.
After the fire is put out the group starts to search the satellite and Euegne suggested that they should take it with them for the technology. As carol is standing on some rocks nearby she sees alpha come out of the woods and they make eye contact.
My opinion on this premiere episode was that it was good we could see new relationships being formed and the survivors forming bonds and finally finding some peace for now.
